Leave the spouse email blank if the couple shares the main member's email address.
If the main member or spouse is 60 or older on a rally's start date, the Hub automatically applies that park’s pensioner rate when one is available.
This document is saved in a protected server folder and can only be downloaded through an authenticated administrator link. It will be handled in line with the Hub's POPIA Privacy Notice.
If a caravan park requests proof for a pensioner rate, an authorised organiser may send this document to that park on your behalf.
